The Second All-Russian panel conference “Mobile field facilities” which has already become an expert platform for experience exchange and search for oil and gas industry development solutions was held on March 23-25, 2022.

OILTEAM Company brought together over 60 representatives of the industry: NOVATEK-TARKOSALENEFTEGAZ LLC, Irkutsk Oil Company LLC, RNG JSC, Kynsko-Chaselskoye Neftegaz LLC, RN-Vankor LLC, Gazpromneft -Yamal LLC, SamaraNIPIneft LLC, Gazpromneft-Khantos LLC, Gazprom dobycha Nadym LLC, RN-Purneftegaz LLC, Gazprom PJSC, Giprovostokneft JSC, Ingenix Group LLC, Direct Neft LLC, TNNC LLC, Innovative Engineering Center ANO, Gazprom invest LLC, PF Irkutskgazgeofizika, Gazpromneft-Orenburg LLC, Gazpromviet LLC, Sevkomneftegaz LLC, ROSPAN INTERNATIONAL JSC, RITEK LLC, Arctic Scientific Center LLC, RussNeft PJSC, RITEK-Samara-Neft TPE and others.

The first day was held in the conference hall of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Bashkortostan in Ufa.

• The audience was addressed by the Deputy Minister of Industry, Energy and Innovations of Bashkortostan Government.
• General Manager and Leading Experts of OILTEAM Company as well as partners in joint projects such as Institute of Petroleum Chemistry SB RAS, SNGEO PJSC, National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University, Sapphire Center, and Novy Potok LLC made presentations.
• The round table discussions were devoted to the concept of mobile field facilities and complex engineering, typification of process and layout solutions, automation and digitalization of units, standardization and personnel training.

The second day was devoted to visiting of OILTEAM production sites.

• During the visit of Nizhegorodka village delegates viewed the research activity of OILTEAM Engineering LLC including vortex type inline water separator. The use of inline separation maximizes the capital efficiency due to equipment cost reduction and its mass-dimensional characteristics.
• The technical excursion to OILTEAMMASH factory with a demonstration of modern production facilities was held in Kumertau. A new robotic complex for welding automation at the points with a curved trajectory as well as reports on advanced development of the “Heating unit with high molecular weight organic coolant” were presented to the participants.

The third day was marked by a trip to Vorontsovskoe field operated by Novy Potok Petroleum Company with the use of OILTEAM equipment and services.

• Safe field development, drilling and facilities capital construction with advanced environment-friendly solutions are currently provided.
• The prospects are related to the development of extracted raw material processing projects, including low-tonnage gas processing and other methods of associated gas monetization.

As a result of the 3-days conference all participants improved their professional competence and received advanced training certificates of OGE Academy.
